I am delighted to welcome you to Newcraigs Evangelical Church’s website.

Newcraigs, which is an independent evangelical church, was founded in 1986. Our vision has always been ‘to make Jesus and His Good News’ known within our community and ‘to make disciples’ of all those who choose to follow Him. From the outset, the Newcraigs church family was established to offer a contemporary, relevant and accessible way to worship God, to faithfully teach the Bible and to demonstrate God’s love both within our church family and our wider community. 

We hope that our  true heart is expressed in the words of our church logo : ‘Jesus Christ is Lord’ and our passion is to see people transformed by God’s love and become committed to following the Lord Jesus in every area of their lives.

We are a strongly family-orientated church with a broad age demographic. Our services and activities cater for all ages and we’re always looking for new ways to better serve the needs of our church members and local community.

We would be delighted to welcome you to any of our services or activities as listed on our home page. Our main Family Worship and Bible Teaching service takes place every Sunday from 11am till 12.15pm. We also meet every Sunday from 6pm to 7.15pm for a more reflective time of worship and to share Communion. Provision is made for children at both of these services.
